Every Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Learn the basics of Buddhism and how Buddhism can help your recovery. Participants will also receive instruction on mindfulness meditation. There will be a brief, informal dharma talk and open group discussion. There are usually two meditation sessions of 10 minutes each. Meditators are invited to bring their own cushions/mats.
